Kenya Police salary scale in 2023
F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, and S are the 12 job groups for Kenyan police.
Job group “F” is for police constables with only O-level certificates (or an equivalent KCSE mean grade), while job group “J” is for those with degrees.
However, due to their early recruitment into the force before the government’s new criteria were put into place, some police personnel in high-profile posts lack a degree.
